There are many patients who are advised to continue on medication for a period of time. In order to facilitate ordering of this repeat medication on our computer, every prescription printed has a slip attached which displays all repeat medication for that patient. At the foot of this slip is shown a Computer Reference Number, you are asked for this number when ordering your prescriptions by telephone. Patients phoning to order prescriptions are asked to call between 12 noon and 4.30pm.
	If you are coming into the Surgery to order your medication, please bring the computer slip with you and mark clearly on it which items you require.
